How much is Postage and Packing?
It's free! Rather than clutter up the website with grading scales of how many CDs you're ordering versus where you live in the world, we thought we'd make it nice and simple for you.

How much is £10 UK in my local currency?
It's a lot cheaper than it used to be. Try the Universal Currency Converter site for a rough guide to what it might be. The exact amount in your local currency will be shown on your Paypal payment form before you submit it.

Is PayPal a secure payment method? How safe is it?
Paypal is the most commonly used online payment method. It is the recommended payment method used by thousands of Ebay customers every day.
Nobody at Sack Trick ever gets to see your bank details- a payment just arrives in our account with a note saying who ordered what.

Can I pay by Cheque?
No, not any more sorry. We recommend the quicker and easier PayPal system.

Can I pay by Cash?
No, that's kind of difficult and taken entirely at your own risk. We cannot be responsible for any money that goes missing. But if that's your only option, send us an email here for details.

Can I buy Sack Trick CDs in the shops?
No, not usually. You may occasionally come across a CD or two in the shops left over from old distribution deals we had, but the most reliable place to get them is here.

Can I buy Sack Trick CDs in bulk for wholesale or for distribution?
Send us an email here if you want 25 CDs or more telling us how many CDs you want and what you want them for and we'll take it from there.

How long will it take before my CDs/Tshirts arrive?
That'll depend on many things, but we aim to get Paypal orders out to you within 7 days (UK), 14 days (rest of the world). Orders via our PO Box may take up to 28 days.

Can I get my CDs autographed by the band?
Because of the kind of band Sack Trick is it would be hard to get over 30 band members to sign it before sending it out to you. But also because we're a nice band if you ask politely in the "Comments" section of your Paypal order form (or in a letter with your cheque) we'll make sure to get at least one random band member to sign it- we can't guarantee who though! Please also say who you want it dedicated to.

Do you sell real rabbits, penguins and sheep via Mail Order?
No, we only sell what we've got advertised here. Besides sending animals in the post is a very bad idea. If you know anybody who does this on a regular basis, you should report them to the RSPCA.
